Safari blue trip in Zanzibar is a full day sea adventure tour with lots of fascinating things including swimming, snorkeling, sea foods testing and sailing on a traditional dhow.

Itinerary

tarts from the village of Fumba in South West Zanzibar and we will take you to see the dolphins, sandbanks, islands and coral reefs of Menai Bay. Our guests will head on a trip in a traditional wooden dhow towards one of the three snorkelling stops to enjoy the unique underwater world of Zanzibar. On the way, they will hopefully meet dolphins playing around in the shallow Marine Park of Menai Bay and depending on the tides they’ll swim at a very special island full of mangroves. On the secluded uninhabited island Kwale, they’ll enjoy a delicious lunch.

You will enjoy a full day of snorkelling coral formations, exploring mangroves, Climb a centuries-old baobob tree and swimming a natural lagoon with clear green water. You’ll sit down to a special grilled lunch of lobster, crab, squid, octopus, and tuna with Zanzibar-style sauces, then enjoy a spread of fresh tropical fruits. This full-day trip to Kwale Island is a perfect chance to see Zanzibar at its most pristine, travelling under sail for a truly authentic island experience.

When the tide permits we explore the natural lagoon found on Kwale island. The lagoon is surrounded by a mangrove forest and we will take you swimming in the lagoon for an unforgettable experience

The dhows are traditional sailing boats, hand-built from African mahogany and finished to the very highest standards. They are comfortable and well equipped with outboard engine, VHF marine radios, gas inflatable life jackets, sunshade, boarding ladder, waterproof bags and first aid kit. We hold marine and public liability insurance.
